Role Highlight : Join a high-performing B2B sales team managing an existing portfolio of SME customers. Build relationships with business owners, identify sales opportunities and drive retention and revenue growth through phone-based sales.

Role Overview

As an Outbound Sales Consultant , you'll proactively engage with SME customers over the phone, identify their needs and uncover opportunities to grow and retain their business.This is a rapid-paced, KPI-driven sales environment suited to someone who enjoys speaking with customers, working towards targets and being rewarded for results.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing SME customers
n
- Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
n
- Identify and convert sales opportunities
n
- Drive customer retention and revenue growth
n
- Achieve individual sales and activity targets
n
- Manage customer information and activity through CRM
n
- Handle objections and confidently close sales
n

Candidate Profile

n

n
- Experience in outbound sales, telesales, contact centre sales or account management
n
- Confident and engaging telephone manner
n
- Comfortable working to sales KPIs and targets
n
- Resilient, motivated and commercially minded
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Able to manage a high volume of customer conversations
n
