About the Role n

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Operator to join our team onsite in Lytton, Queensland. This permanent, full-time position is essential for ensuring we continue to provide our foodservice products to the market in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate is reliable, adaptable and great at working with a team.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Organise and store products in designated warehouse areas.
n
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
n
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations and procedures.
n
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
n
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, following safety protocols.
n
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
n
- Operate across dry and chilled (0-4°) environments.
n

Requirements nn
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
n
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
n




- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
n
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
n
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
n
- Dedication, reliability, commitment and a strong work ethic.
n
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
n

Preferred nn
- Valid MR Truck License.
n
- No formal education required; however, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
n
- Basic computer skills are advantageous but not essential.
n
