National Communications Officer — Senior Content Creator n

A fast-growing healthcare group delivering integrated care to Veterans and the broader community is seeking a full-time National Communications Officer to lead content creation across two healthcare brands and a growing national network of clinics and outposts.

n

You will create all content across social, video, EDM and long-form writing, with a focus on strategic, simplified messaging and video that humanises the brand. You will manage our social and digital platform accounts, moderate channels and reviews, work day-to-day with our digital marketing and PR agencies, and report weekly on reach, engagement and conversion.

This is a hands-on role requiring a high-volume of content output, strong creative judgement, and the ability to turn complex healthcare information into clear, engaging stories for Veterans, patients and partners.

Key responsibilities n

- Create all content across social, video, EDM and long-form writing
n
- Manage social and digital platform accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube and Google Business Profile
n
- Moderate channels and reviews
n
- Work day-to-day with digital marketing and PR agencies
n
- Report weekly on reach, engagement and conversion
n
- Capture and edit short-form video, including reels
n




- Turn complex healthcare information into clear, engaging stories for Veterans, patients and partners

About you nn
- Senior-level experience creating content across social, video, EDM and long-form writing
n
- Demonstrated ability to capture and edit short-form video, including reels
n
- Excellent writing, editing, storytelling and graphic design skills, with solid Canva proficiency
n
- Experience managing multiple brand accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube and Google Business Profile
n
- Strong data literacy, with experience reporting on digital performance using analytics tools
n
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments, including AHPRA advertising guidelines, advantageous
