We are seeking motivated and reliable Civil Labourers to join our growing team on a casual basis, with the potential to transition into full time employment.

n

You will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of civil construction projects throughout Sydney, including projects with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, as well as residential developments.

n

For the right candidate, this role can provide a pathway into other positions and career opportunities within the company. As our business continues to grow rapidly, new opportunities are regularly becoming available for individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability and a willingness to learn and progress.

Tasks to n

n
- Civil concrete, formwork, pipelaying, stormwater systems, and road rehabilitation work
n
- Build and maintain client relationships
n
- Read and interpret plans
n
- Work across multiple project sites with flexibility to work away from home at times
n




- Adhere to construction methods, safety protocols, and site management requirements
n

About you nn
- White Card (Construction Induction Card)
n
- Driver's License (manual driving capability)
n
- Proven experience in civil concrete, formwork, pipelaying, stormwater systems, and road rehabilitation
n
- Strong understanding of construction methods, safety protocols, and site management
n
- Ability to read and interpret plans and blueprints
n
- Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions
n
- Willingness to expand your knowledge and upskill
n
- HR or MR Truck License (preferred)
n
- We able to undertake a drug/alcohol testing prior to starting works
n
- Company uniform
n
- Training, tickets, and career advancement opportunities,

- Monday - Friday, with optional Saturdays
