About the role n

An exciting opportunity is available for a Logistics & Customer Service Specialist to join a growing team in a fast paced environment for a leading Australian Telco company!

The successful candidate will provide a broad range of administration and assistance to our Logistics Team in our Head Office at Frenchs Forest, along with exceptional customer service. This role is office based and includes a variety of responsibilities such as:

- Order processing (pick, pack and dispatch)
n
- Maintaining databases of logistics information
n
- Coordinating and servicing all our equipment
n
- Perform administrative duties and provide support to all departments
n
- Maintain effective communication channels with all departments
n
- Maintain relevant, accurate and accessible records of all activities
n

About you Attributes & competencies that we are looking for: nn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to work through issues

- A 'can do' attitude
n
- Previous experience in a logistical support role is preferred but not essential
