Job Description
Sharp & Carter is seeking a High-Volume Recruitment Coordinator to manage multiple roles from advertisement through appointment, handling large applicant volumes and quick, sound decisions to keep the process moving.

You will run daily phone screens, build shortlists, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, complete background checks, and keep candidates informed. There is a transition to Workday from March 2027, and you will support HR administration in a busy team.
