Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Counter Staff member to manage front-desk operations, assist customers, handle orders/payments, and ensure a smooth and positive service experience. The ideal candidate is polite, quick, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities n

- Greet and assist customers at the counter
n
- Take orders, answer queries, and provide product/service information
n
- Handle billing, cash, and POS machine transactions accurately
n
- Manage customer complaints or forward them to the supervisor
n
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the counter area
n
- Prepare and package items (if applicable: food, drinks, products)
n
- Ensure proper display of promotional offers or menus
n
- Coordinate with the kitchen/store team for order fulfillment
n
- Follow hygiene, safety, and company standards at all times
n




- Assist with inventory checks, restocking & basic admin tasks
n

Skills & Requirements nn
- Previous experience in retail, café, restaurant, or customer service (preferred)
n
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Basic math and cash-handling ability
n
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
n
- Positive attitude, polite and presentable personality
n
- Flexibility to work weekends, shifts, or holidays (if required)
n
- Knowledge of POS systems is an added advantage
n
