Job Description
Beerenberg Pty Ltd in Hahndorf is seeking two experienced HRC Managers to lead the floor of our Hospitality & Retail Centre. This hands-on role oversees front of house across café, retail, tourism, events and seasonal Strawberry Patch activities, ensuring every guest experience reflects Beerenberg's high standards.

You will report to the HRC Venue Manager, manage rosters and labour, develop the team, and keep service flowing during peak periods while maintaining safety and quality.
