The Fresh Collective are looking for casual waitstaff with basic bar skills to join the team at UNSW, The Lounge.

The Role nn
- Mon-Fri at $33.85 per hour plus super
n
- Take orders and ensure customers have a delightful experience
n
- Deliver food and beverage service to guests in a professional, productive and courteous manner
n
- A la carte and bar service
n
- Use the POS, entering orders and handling cash/card
n
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the bar’s wine list, cocktail menu and food menu
n
- Assist in opening and closing procedures
n

About You nn
- Basic cocktail (follow recipes)
n




- Basic barista skills with latte art
n
- Passionate about customer service, experienced and motivated about working in a fast-paced busy workplace
n
- 1+ years hospitality
n
- A La Carte waitperson experience
n
- A team player who can work independently
n
- Well presented with a great work ethic and a positive attitude
n
- Excellent communication skills
n
- Have a valid RSA
n
- Valid working rights in Australia
n
- Available to work on Monday to Friday daytime and Tuesday from 10am to 3pm, Thursday evenings 9am to 7pm only
