Gumbuya World is Victoria's only theme park with rides, water attractions, wildlife and adventure experiences all in one destination. We're seeking Property Services Team Member to join our Property Services team and help keep our park, facilities and infrastructure operating safely, efficiently and looking their best.

We are looking to recruit for the following position:

Property Services Team Member

When do we need you?

All roles are offered on a casual basis, given the seasonality and trading days of our business. These roles all have various start dates and frequency of work…But we do ask that you are available to work a minimum of 3 weekdays and 1 weekend day per week during both December and January.

Successful applicants will be available over our peak period including weekends, school holidays and public holidays.

We offer a variety of shifts ranging from morning, afternoon & full days and are able to accommodate working parents & students.

What qualifications do you need?

Working in a theme park is LOTS of fun, but we do take it seriously when it comes to the safety of our guests. To ensure their well being and satisfaction we require our staff to have the following qualifications:

All staff require:

- Current Working with Children Check; Employee Type (under 18 years old are exempt from this).
- Permission to work in Australia.

A typical day in the Property Services & Maintenance Team

A typical day could include:

- Park preparations including leaf blowing and pressure washing
- Mowing and whipper snipping




- Ensuring all tables are clean and presentable
- Making sure all bins are clean and empty
- Picking up any ground rubbish
- Helping out in the cafes to ensure they are neat and tidy throughout the day
- Provide traffic control and assisting to guide guests whilst carparking
- Ensuring the park is safe for all guests and staff
- Undertake cleaning duties as/if required

The main role of Property Services Maintenance Workers is to exceed guest expectations by ensuring that the presentation of the park is world class so that they will visit again and again.
