Due to continued growth, we are excited to offer an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our Brisbane team.

Key Requirements n

- Integrity, loyalty and a strong work ethic are paramount and will be highly rewarded. This is our foremost requirement, as we are seeking like-minded individuals to complement our existing team.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and business development within the window and façade industry, with a proven track record of successful sales.

- Demonstrated experience working with builders and architects, with an established industry network highly regarded.
n
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
n
- Excellent at building rapport quickly with potential new clients.
n
- Strong ability to maintain long-term client relationships.
n
- Capable of meeting KPI targets, including quotes, sales and quote-to-sale conversion rates.
n
- Skilled in managing and tracking client orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
n
- Proficient in preparing sales reports and maintaining CRM records.
n
- Available for weekend showroom visits (Saturday and Sunday) by appointment.
n
- Car, laptop and phone.
n
- Competitive base salary with commission structure.
