Job Description

Mace is seeking a Project Management Support Officer for a 2 months+ contract on the Gold Coast. The role provides backbone support for recruitment, onboarding, workforce management and critical personnel record maintenance across the regional unit.

You will coordinate administrative services, ensure policy compliance, manage meetings and documentation, and foster robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable on‑time delivery of project outcomes.
