- Payment allocation

- Bank reconciliations (Accounts Receivable)

- Communicating with internal staff and external suppliers or clients
n
n
- Issuing and checking credit applications
n
n
- Some invoicing
n
n
- Some general office and administration duties
n
n
- Liaising with suppliers
n
n
- Issuing purchase orders occasionally
n
n
- E-mailing quotes occasionally
n
n
- Answering telephones occasionally
n
n

nSkills and experience n

- High attention to detail and good organizational skills
n
n
- Numerical accuracy
n
n
- Able to multitask
n
n
- Valuable phone manner
n
n
- Reliable
n
n
- Software proficiency - word, excel, outlook, knowledge of Xero accounting software.

- Fishbowl inventory system may be an advantage but is not essential as on the job training will be given.
