We are seeking a friendly, organised Medical Receptionist to join our busy practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, works well under pressure, and brings a warm, professional attitude to every patient interaction.

About the Role n

- Greeting patients and managing check‑ins

- Answering phones and booking appointments
n
- Processing payments and Medicare claims
n
- Supporting doctors and nurses with administrative tasks
n
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area
n

About You nn
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
n
- Confident using computers and learning new systems
n
- Previous medical or reception experience is an advantage but not essential
n
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
