ABOUT THE ROLE n

Are you someone who takes pride in precision, quality, and getting the job done right? We're looking for a Jig Setter to join our Truss & Frame manufacturing team.

n

This is a key role within our operation, with responsibility for setting up and maintaining truss jigs to ensure production runs efficiently and accurately. While you'll be our go-to expert in jig setting, you'll also work across all areas of production, supporting the wider team wherever needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES n

As the Jig Setter, you will play a vital role in ensuring production quality and efficiency by preparing and adjusting jigs to meet manufacturing requirements.

- Setting up truss jigs to production specifications
n
- Reading and interpreting production drawings and layouts
n
- Ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the manufacturing process
n
- Troubleshooting and resolving setup issues
n
- Assisting with truss and frame production as required
n
- Supporting workflow across all areas of the plant
n
- Maintaining a safe and organised work environment

ABOUT YOU n

We're looking for someone who:

- Has experience in truss manufacturing,



timber production, manufacturing, construction, or a similar environment
n
- Has strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
n
- Enjoys hands‑on work and problem-solving
n
- Can read and interpret measurements and production plans
n
- Takes ownership of their work and contributes positively to the team
n
- Is reliable, safety‑focused, and enjoys helping others
