About the Internship

n

As a Medicine Intern, you'll work closely with our Internal Medicine clinicians and experienced nursing team while collaborating with experts across other disciplines.

n

This hands-on, immersive role includes:

n

- Consultations and client communication
n
- Inpatient care and case management
n
- Diagnostic procedures and advanced imaging
n
- Daily hospital rounds
n
- Weekly journal clubs and case presentations
n

n





You will be encouraged and supported to work towards ANZCVS Small Animal Medicine Membership during the internship.

What We're Looking For

n

You are a motivated, skilled and enthusiastic veterinarian who:

n

n
- Is eligible for veterinary registration in Victoria
n
- Has strong communication skills and a solid medical knowledge base
n
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and commitment to learning
n
- Has clinical experience (desirable but not essential)
n
- Full working rights in Australia, we are unable to sponsor for this position
n

n

Prior completion of ANZCVS Membership examinations is encouraged but not essential.

n

n
- Start date: Mid-January 2027
n
- Duration: 12 months
n
