Job Description

Iconic Structures Sydney, a leading construction company, is seeking a highly-skilled Contracts Administrator / Site Engineer (Form Reo Pour) to join our dynamic team. This full-time role will be based on our construction projects across Sydney.

What you'll be doing n

Administering and monitoring construction contracts, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations

n

Providing on-site engineering support, including overseeing the formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pouring processes

n

Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of any issues

n

Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to project progress, quality control, and health and safety

n

Assisting with the preparation of progress claims, variations, and other contractual documentation

n

Collaborating with the project management team to identify and implement process improvements

What we're looking for n

Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

n

Minimum 3-5 years" experience in a similar Contracts Administrator or Site Engineer role within the construction industry

n

Strong understanding of construction contracts, project administration, and quality control processes

n

Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications,



and other technical documentation

n

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the project team

n

Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

n

Proficient in the use of construction-related software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, project management, and site management applications

n

Strong knowledge in the use of Ai for all site admin and spreadsheets
