Junior Safety Advisor / Administrator - 1-2 yrs exp' - Melbourne n

Our client, a national civil infrastructure contractor, has an immediate requirement for a site-based Junior Safety Advisor who can demonstrate 1-2 years experience on civil engineering or construction related projects.

As this is a site based role for a Junior Adviser position, reporting into the Safety Manager, our client is ideally seeking candidates with 1-2 yrs basic OHS administration experience in audits, site inspection and toolbox talks etc as a large part of this role will be in an administration capacity.

Due to the duties undertaken in this position our client may also consider an ambitious Safety Administrator looking to move into a junior safety role. However, you must hold a Cert IV in OHS to be considered.

n





This role will initially be 2 weeks dayshift them on a nightshift basis working 5 nights per week for the duration of the contract.

n

Due to the level of this position to fit within their existing safety team candidates previously holding a senior safety position or with more than the above experience will not be considered as this will be reflected on the hourly rate.

The successful candidate must possess the following:

- Minimum Cert' 4 in OH&S;
n
- Melbourne Based with Australian Experience
n
- 1-2 yrs Construction Experience Essential
n
- Solid Administration Skills
n
- Computer Literate
n
