We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Machine Operators to join a busy and growing manufacturing team working within the Soft Gel Department .
n
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on machine operation, is comfortable working in a rapid-paced production environment and is looking for consistent hours with plenty of overtime available .
The Role n
Working within the Soft Gel Department, your responsibilities will include:
n

- Operating and monitoring soft gel manufacturing machinery
n
- Setting up, starting and monitoring machines throughout production runs
n
- Loading materials and ensuring machinery is running efficiently
n
- Completing basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
n
- Monitoring product quality and identifying any production issues
n
- Completing production paperwork and following batch requirements
n
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
n
- Following strict GMP, hygiene, quality and safety procedures
n
- Working closely with production and quality teams to meet daily targets
n
Hours nn
- Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm
n
- Plenty of overtime available
n
- Opportunity to work up to 12-hour days
n
- Candidates must be flexible and willing to work additional hours when production requires
n
What We're Looking For nn
- Previous Machine Operator or Production Operator experience
n
- Manufacturing experience highly regarded
n
- Pharmaceutical, food, FMCG or similar production experience advantageous
n
- Mechanically minded with confidence operating machinery
n
- Strong attention to detail
n
- Reliable with a good attitude and work ethic
n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
n
- Willingness to complete overtime and longer shifts
n
- Ability to follow SOPs, GMP and safety procedures
n
