Job Description

Thiess Mount Pleasant Operation in the Hunter Valley, NSW, seeks an experienced Training Coordinator to lead the Health, Safety & Training Team and deliver compliant, best‑practice training programs that support safe, effective site operations.

You will develop and map training packages to recognised competencies, manage learning materials, run in‑class sessions, maintain the site skills matrix and training plans, and mentor Trainers and Assessors.
