Think Again Tattoo Removal is looking for an exceptional person to join our Bankstown clinic as a full-time Tattoo Removal Specialist.

n

This role suits someone who is confident, personable, highly organised and genuinely great with people .

We’re looking for someone who can build trust quickly, communicate clearly, lead consultations confidently and take real ownership of the client experience.

And the roster is a major bonus:

Sunday to Thursday — with every Friday and Saturday off. n

For someone who wants a full-time role without giving up every weekend, it’s a great setup.

This isn’t a standard laser role.

n

Tattoo removal isn’t one treatment buried amongst a long menu of services.

Think Again was established in 2014 and has grown across Australia, New Zealand and the United States , with a team dedicated entirely to tattoo removal.

We take the work seriously, invest heavily in training and want our team to become genuine specialists in their field.

The role n

You’ll manage the complete client journey, including:

n

- Conducting detailed tattoo removal consultations
n
- Performing laser tattoo removal treatments
n
- Assessing tattoos, skin and treatment response
n
- Creating personalised treatment plans
n
- Explaining treatment options clearly and confidently
n
- Building long-term client relationships
n
- Managing rebooking and retention
n
- Discussing treatment packages and pricing
n
- Maintaining detailed clinical notes and photography
n
- Managing client communication and follow-up
n
- Supporting clinic targets and overall performance
n
- Contributing to the day-to-day success of the Bankstown clinic
n

This is a hands-on clinical role, but it is also highly client facing.

n

We want someone who is just as comfortable talking, educating and building trust as they are learning the technical side of treatment.

Customer service experience matters. n

For this role, we are particularly interested in people who already know how to work with clients.

Experience n

Previous tattoo removal experience is not essential .

n

Experience in laser, skin, dermal therapy or beauty would be highly regarded.

A strong background in customer service, sales or another high-touch client environment is also extremely valuable.
