About the Role n

As an Enrolled Nurse , you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care and achieve positive outcomes for residents, in line with Arcare's values and standards.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Personal Care: Assisting residents with ADLs including showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming
n
- Medication Administration: Administering medications as prescribed and maintaining accurate documentation
n
- Health Monitoring: Observing, recording, and reporting vital signs and changes in condition
n
- Wound Care: Providing basic wound care and dressing changes for minor wounds
n
- Assessment & Reporting: Conducting assessments and documenting care via eCase,



escalating concerns to the RN or healthcare team
n

What we're looking for nn
- Current AHPRA Registration and Diploma of Enrolled Nursing
n
- Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards
n
- Adaptable, passionate, and eager to learn
n
- Solid teamwork and collaboration skills
n
- Friendly, clear, and effective communication abilities
n
