About the role n

Our client, an established HVAC services business in Braeside, needs an experienced scheduler to join their busy service team ASAP. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where no two days look the same. You'll keep jobs and technicians moving while managing client work orders across multiple online portals.

Key responsibilities n

n
- Schedule and coordinate service jobs and technicians in a high-volume environment
n
- Log into client portals to accept, update and close out work orders
n
- Liaise with clients, technicians and internal teams to keep jobs on track
n
- Follow up outstanding jobs and keep accurate records
n

About you nn
- Proven scheduling or dispatch experience, ideally in a service-based industry (trades, field service, maintenance or similar)
n
- Confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
n
- Comfortable navigating client portals and job management systems
n
- Strong communication and organisation skills
n
- Available to start immediately
n
