n Our client is looking for a confident, friendly and organised Host to be the first point of contact for their guests and help create an amazing first impression from the moment they walk through the door.
n What you’ll be doing:

n

- Warmly greeting and welcoming guests
n
- Managing the first-touch guest experience
n
- Managing reservations and the floor plan
n
- Taking and managing phone calls
n
- Assisting with guest enquiries and requests
n
- Using SevenRooms to manage bookings and reservations
n
- Working closely with the floor and management team to ensure a smooth service
n
- Keeping the host area organised and professional
n

What we’re looking for: nn
- Full-time availability
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Fluent English – essential
n




- A valid RSA – essential
n
- Confident, friendly and well-presented
n
- Great attention to detail and the ability to stay organised in a busy workplace
n
- Hospitality experience is preferred, but the right attitude is just as important
n
- Full training will be provided on SevenRooms
n

Bonus points ️ It’s a big plus if you already know how to:n

- Carry 3 plates
n
- Carry a tray of drinks
n
- Jump in and help the floor team when needed
n
