APM is seeking a Business Manager for Inclusive Employment Australia to lead a team of Employment Consultants across NSW's Richmond region, including Lismore, Casino, Evans Head and Kyogle. The role focuses on driving performance, supporting staff, and delivering employment outcomes for job seekers.

You will build solid relationships with local employers and community partners, ensure contractual compliance, analyze site performance, and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
