Job Description

Cumberland City Council is seeking a Pool Lifeguard to join the Aquatic Operations team. Based at our swim centres across the LGA, you will help deliver protected, clean, and welcoming facilities for patrons and hirers, supervised by the Aquatic Operations Supervisor.

This permanent, full-time role offers a 70-hour fort-night, access to the nine-day fortnight RDO, and opportunities for training, development, and staff wellbeing programs.
