Little Seeds Early Learning is looking for an experienced and confident Cert III or Diploma-qualified Educator to join our growing team in Caringbah.
n
We are seeking an all-rounder who is comfortable and capable working across all age groups and rooms, from nursery through to preschool . This position would suit an educator who already has robust experience in early childhood education and can step into the role with confidence.
About the role n
As part of our team, you will:

Work confidently across all rooms and age groups (0–6 years)
n
- n
Build warm, respectful and responsive relationships with children
n
- n
Support daily routines, transitions and learning experiences
n
- n
Contribute to observations, programming and documentation
n
- n
Work collaboratively with Room Leaders, Educators and management
n
- n
Maintain high standards of supervision, health, safety and hygiene
n
- n
Support a calm, positive and engaging learning environment
n
- n
Be flexible and willing to assist wherever needed across the service
n
About you n
We are specifically looking for someone who:
n
n
- n
Holds a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
- n
Has solid previous experience working in an early childhood service
n
- n
Is confident working across nursery, toddler and preschool rooms
n
- n
Is reliable, proactive and able to use initiative
n
- n
Has strong communication and teamwork skills
n
- n
Has a genuine passion for providing high-quality care and education
n
- n
Holds a current Working With Children Check
n
- n
Meets all relevant regulatory and qualification requirements
n
- n
Is available to commence immediately
n
