Job Description

EVT Group’ s Rydges Resort Hunter Valley seeks a Director of Food & Beverage to oversee all hotel F&B; outlets and related services. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure financial performance across menus, venues, and events.

The role requires a solid background in hotel F&B;, leadership, and strategic planning, with the ability to develop teams in a dynamic resort environment across 419 rooms and multiple outlets.
