nWe are seeking an experienced AO3 Project Management Support Officer to provide high-level administrative and operational support to project teams within a busy government setting.n
nThis role is ideal for a highly organised professional who enjoys supporting projects, managing competing priorities and ensuring business operations run smoothly. You will play a key role in coordinating documentation, financial processes, recruitment processes, reporting and stakeholder communication to support the successful delivery of projects.n
Key responsibilities n
n• Provide administrative and project support to management and project teamsn
n• Coordinate confidential correspondence, briefing notes and project documentationn
n• Assist with recruitment processesn
n• Maintain records, databases,



document management systems and correspondence tracking systemsn
n• Compile, analyse and prepare reports as requiredn
n• Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and provide secretariat supportn
n• Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholdersn
n• Manage competing priorities and support project delivery outcomesn
n• Assist with process improvements and adapt to new systems and technologiesn
About you n
n• Proven experience in project support, business support, recruitment support or administration rolesn
n• Government experience n
