We're excited to be opening our brand-new, purpose-built Journey Early Learning Centre Broadford in December 2026, and we're now seeking an exceptional Centre Manager to lead the launch of this exciting new service.

About The Role n

As Centre Manager, you'll be the heart of our new service.

n

You’ll lead the recruitment and development of your team, establish strong family relationships, drive occupancy growth and create an environment where children, educators and families feel a genuine sense of belonging.

n

This is a unique opportunity to shape the culture, vision and success of a brand-new Journey centre while being supported by an experienced leadership team.

About You n

You're a passionate and experienced ECEC leader who loves developing people, building community connections and creating meaningful outcomes for children.

You’ll Bring n

n
- Previous Centre Manager or extensive leadership experience within Early Childhood Education & Care
n




- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Experience managing occupancy, budgets and centre operations
n
- Commitment to creating safe and inclusive environments
n
- ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education
n
- Current WWCC
n
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
n
