Role Responsibilities n





Responsible for mostly the Northern Beaches Area

n

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Distributors

n

Develop and execute sales growth in Fastener product categories

n

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

n

Provide frequent technical support and product recommendations to customers

n

Be proactive and conduct site visits as well as product demonstrations

n

Maintain a sound understanding of product range, installation techniques and relevant building codes or standards

You will be supported in your role by: n

- A Customer Service Team in Brisbane and centralised Sydney
n
- A strong Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Team
n
- Marketing Team based in Sydney
n
- A knowledgeable National Operations Manager based in Sydney
n

Candidate Desired Experience: nn
- 5-10 years sales experience in similar role
n
- Sound product knowledge of Fasteners (Essential)
n
- Previous experience with customer relationship building (B2B Distributors - Highly Desirable)
n
- Excellent communication, influencing skills and customer service focus
n
- A detail oriented and organised individual who can work autonomously
