Job Description

Beaumont People is seeking an Employment Relations Advisor for a part time, hybrid role in Melbourne. Immediate start.

You will provide day-to-day HR and workplace relations advice, guiding members through performance management, grievances and workplace disputes, while ensuring compliance with legislation and modern awards. This role focuses on advice, guidance and coaching, with 2/3 days per week and a salary of $65–$75 per hour plus super.
