Job Description

Concentrix in Ballarat is hiring for a Customer Service Officer to support members with superannuation enquiries and provide a high level of customer care.

This role offers comprehensive training, a Monday–Friday roster with shifts from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, no weekend work, and a up-to-date Ballarat office with parking. Internal progression is encouraged in a supportive, inclusive environment.
