Boost Juice is seeking a responsible and motivated Store Supervisor / Shift Leader to manage daily store operations and support the team in delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities n

- Supervise daily store activities and staff shifts

- Ensure product quality and service standards are maintained
n
- Handle customer issues and provide quick solutions
n
- Support training of new team members
n
- Monitor stock levels and place orders when required
n
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
n
- Open and close store according to company procedures
n
- Achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
n
Requirements nn
- 1–2 years experience in retail or food service (preferred)
n
- Leadership and communication skills
n
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced workplace
n
- Responsible and organised personality

- Flexible working availability
