Job Description

Worldview Foundation in Fyshwick, ACT is seeking a Cultural Employment Pathways Mentor to provide culturally safe personal mentoring and practical workplace leadership for at-risk Indigenous young men.

You will deliver coaching, set goals, coordinate with partners, support wellbeing, and help participants progress into employment, training or further education while maintaining a trauma-informed setting.
