Role and Responsibilities: n

- Assist with pricing landscape maintenance tenders, contracts and service proposals
n
- Review specifications, scopes, drawings, schedules and site information
n
- Conduct take-offs and assist with labour, materials, equipment and resource calculations
n
- Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor pricing
n
- Assist with site visits, inspections and tender queries
n
- Support preparation of tender submissions, schedules and supporting documentation
n
- Complete compliance checks and ensure submissions meet client requirements
n
- Maintain estimating registers, cost databases and contract records
n
- Work closely with Operations to ensure pricing is practical, accurate and achievable
n
- Assist with handovers from successful tenders into Operations
n
- Track tender outcomes and help maintain pricing and market information
n
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
n
- Develop your knowledge of commercial landscaping, maintenance operations and contract pricing
n
