Prestige Plants is looking for an ambitious sales leader to take charge of the commercial side of the business.
You will be one of only two senior leaders , reporting directly to the Director, with real authority over sales, major customers, pricing and commercial performance.
This is a chance to build a business as if it were your own .

The Role
You will:
- Own the sales and gross-margin budget.
- Lead and develop a team of four.
- Personally manage major contractors and key accounts.
- Drive solid year-on-year sales growth.
- Manage complex projects from quotation through delivery.
- Make key pricing and commercial decisions.
