Are you an experienced Employment Services leader ready to take ownership of a high-performing Workforce Australia site?
n
Jobs Statewide is seeking a hands-on Branch Manager to lead our Transition-to-Work (TtW) team at Box Hill, Victoria.
n
This is an opportunity for an established Workforce Australia, Employment Services, Site Manager, Branch Manager or Team Leader to take the next step and lead the day-to-day delivery of a contracted employment services operation.
n
You’ll be responsible for people leadership, operational performance, participant outcomes, compliance and contractual targets, while building a strong team culture focused on helping participants move into sustainable employment and education.
What You’ll Be Responsible For n
n
- Lead the day-to-day operational delivery of the Workforce Australia contract
n
- Take ownership of branch performance, contractual KPIs and business targets
n
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Recruitment Consultants
n
- Monitor team and individual performance through KPIs, reporting and performance reviews
n
- Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching sessions and case reviews
n
- Analyse branch performance and implement strategies to address gaps and improve outcomes
n
- Ensure strong participant engagement, service delivery and employment outcomes
n
- Develop relationships with local employers, community organisations and stakeholders
n
- Drive employer engagement and identify opportunities for participant placements
n
- Work closely with the Regional Manager and broader leadership team to deliver business plans
n
What We’re Looking For nn
- Previous experience in Workforce Australia or employment services
n
- Experience as a Branch Manager, Site Manager, Team Leader or senior Employment Services professional
n
- A proven track record of delivering against KPIs, contractual targets and performance measures
n
- Robust understanding of employment services compliance and operational requirements
n
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing teams
n
- Solid commercial and performance-management capability
n
- Experience building relationships with employers and community stakeholders
n
- A data-driven approach to monitoring and improving performance
n
- The ability to balance people, performance, compliance and participant outcomes
n
- A hands-on leadership style and willingness to be actively involved in branch operations
n
