We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team at Links House in Bowral, NSW. This is a full-time role in our renowned restaurant, where you will play a key part in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
What you'll be doing n
Preparing high-quality, creative dishes using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients

Collaborating with the Head Chef to ensure smooth operational procedures
n
Maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards
n
Ensuring productive and timely service in a fast-paced environment
What we're looking for n
Proven experience as a Chef in a high-quality restaurant or hotel environment
n
Excellent culinary skills, with a strong understanding of flavour profiles and plating
n
Commitment to using fresh, seasonal, and locally-sourced ingredients
n
Excellent time management and organisational abilities
n
Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
n
Full Australian working rights are required for this position
