Job Description

A well-regarded Sydney commercial construction contractor is looking for a junior to mid-level Contract Administrator to join their team. They work across a broad range of commercial project types including office fitout, education, hospitality, and community projects. Good work, positive people, and a team where you'll actually be supported and developed.

This is not a role where you disappear into a structure. You'll be working closely with experienced PMs and senior CAs, getting hands‑on involvement across the full project lifecycle from early stages through to handover.

The Role: n

Supporting project managers with contract administration across a range of commercial projects

n

Preparing and issuing subcontract packages, RFIs, and variation notices

n

Assessing progress claims and payment schedules

n

Maintaining project documentation, registers, and correspondence

n

Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and site teams to keep projects moving

About You: n





One to four years of experience in a CA or project administration role

n

Background in any area of commercial construction, fitout, or refurbishment

n

Studying or holding a degree in construction management is well regarded

n

Organised, detail-focused, and keen to grow your commercial skills

n
