Marios Cafe in Melbourne seeks a head chef to run the kitchen with two senior chefs, a sous team and kitchen hands. You will cook during busy service days, bring Italian and café expertise, and lead a 15‑person kitchen, ensuring food safety and high service standards.

Open breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. You will plan menus, manage suppliers, supervise hiring and rostering, and work closely with the owner to maintain the restaurant’s tradition and speed of service.
