Job Description

Mantra Club Croc, part of Accor, is seeking a Sous Chef to partner with the Executive Chef in delivering exceptional dishes at Airlie Beach’s Whitsundays region. Lead a kitchen section, ensure smooth service, and drive seasonal menu ideas while managing costs.

You will mentor junior staff, oversee rostering and stock control, and ensure HACCP compliance in a vibrant resort setting that showcases Accor’s training platforms and global opportunities.
