Key responsibilities n

- Managing incoming payments and applying remittances with 100% accuracy
n
- Reconciling customer accounts and investigating discrepancies
n
- Managing POD queries and claim resolution end to end
n
- Processing credit notes, recharge invoices and rebate credits daily
n
- Liaising closely with the Credit Manager and Pricing Coordinator
n

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Confidence using Excel
n
- Solid time management and organisational skills
n
- A proactive, team first attitude

- Comfort working to deadlines across claims, POD queries and reconciliations
