Bar Manager - Night and Weekend Bar Manager at the Caledonian Hotel Echuca n

The Caledonian Hotel is looking for an experienced and motivated Night & Weekend Bar Manager to join our team. You will be confident leading a team, working in a busy hospitality environment and helping keep the venue running smoothly across nights and weekends.

Key responsibilities n

Leading and supporting the team during night and weekend shifts

n

Overseeing the day-to-day running of the venue

n

Supervising staff and helping maintain a positive, professional workplace

n

Opening and closing procedures, cash handling and general venue operations

n

Assisting with TAB operations and compliance

n

Working closely with senior management to ensure the venue runs smoothly

About you n

Previous experience managing or supervising a team

n

Solid leadership and communication skills

n

Reliable, organised and confident making decisions

n

Available to work nights and weekends

n

Current RSA and Cellar experience

n

TAB experience is highly regarded, however not essential

n

Hospitality or venue management experience would be highly regarded
