About the Role n

As a Site Supervisor, you'll take ownership of multiple building and restoration projects from allocation through to completion.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n





Overseeing daily site operations across multiple job sites

n

Coordinating and supervising trades and subcontractors

n

Ensuring high-quality workmanship and project outcomes

n

Managing projects to scope, budget and agreed timeframes

n

Maintaining solid relationships with clients and providing regular updates

n

Monitoring site safety and compliance with WHS requirements

Who We’re Looking For n

Proven experience as a Supervisor in insurance building

n

Ability to manage end-to-end repair projects independently

n

Trade background or relevant qualification preferred

n

Strong client liaison, problem-solving, and time management skills

n

Previous leadership or mentoring experience is a bonus

n

Valid Driver’s License and White Card
