Cloud9 is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead and grow our Sydney field sales team, focusing on door-to-door and face-to-face selling in home services. This role welcomes Directors/Managers/Team Leaders.

You will mentor reps, drive KPIs, and build leadership within the team while reporting to the owner. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in field sales and team leadership, with a hands-on, frontline mindset and a passion for scalable growth.
