QBE Insurance invites experienced professionals to join the Internal Dispute Resolution team across Australia. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will manage end-to-end complaints for General Insurance, assessing policies, laws, and expert evidence while delivering fair outcomes.

You will engage with customers and stakeholders, identify systemic issues, and support internal teams with guidance on the General Insurance Code of Practice.
