The Mulberry Group is launching a Brisbane venue at The Novotel South Brisbane. We seek a Bar Supervisor to lead the High Road Bar, refine the cocktails list, coach staff, and drive guest experience while achieving solid commercial results.
You will collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to maintain beverage standards, manage stock, and ensure service speed and accuracy during peak periods. RSA certified candidates preferred.
