Location: Granville, NSW Project: Major Commercial Site Demolition - Minimum 4 week project n

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Trades Assistants to join our team on a major demolition and decommissioning project in Granville.

n

You will work alongside experienced Mechanical Fitters and the wider project team, assisting with the dismantling, removal and demolition of existing plant, equipment and infrastructure . You will require both a Construction White card and LF Forklift license for this role.

For You: n

- Monday to Friday roles paying $45 p/hr + Super
n
- Working hours of 7am to 3:30pm daily
n
- Minimum 4 - week project
n

About the Role n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Assisting Mechanical Fitters with dismantling and removal of equipment
n
- General demolition and decommissioning support
n
- Using hand and power tools under direction
n
- Moving, sorting and removing materials and equipment
n
- Assisting with the removal of conveyors, machinery and mechanical components
n
- General site labouring and clean-up
n
- Loading and unloading materials VIA Forklift
n
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
n
- Following all site safety procedures and instructions
n
- Working as part of a team to meet project deadlines
n

About You n

To be successful, you will have:

n

n
- Must have Construction White Card
n
- Must have a valid LF Forklift License
n
- Previous Trades Assistant, Labourer, Construction or Demolition experience highly regarded
n
- Experience using basic hand and power tools
n
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual work
n
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
n
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
n
- Ability to work effectively alongside tradespeople
n
- Construction or industrial site experience highly regarded
n
- Relevant tickets such as EWP,or working at heights highly regarded
n
