Your Role

n

You’ll take charge of a clean, 160-property portfolio supported by an experienced Leasing Consultant and Administrator. This is a well-structured position focused on maintaining robust landlord and tenant relationships, with minimal stress and maximum support.

n

Key responsibilities:

n

- Manage landlord and tenant relationships
n
- Oversee repairs, maintenance, and arrears
n
- Handle rent reviews and lease renewals
n
- Mentor and support your Leasing Consultant
n
- Prepare bond claims and attend tribunal hearings as required
n

n

What We’re Looking For

n

n
- Previous Property Management experience
n
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
n
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable car
n
- Strong organizational and communication skills
n
- Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
n
